Over a career spanning 35 years Joe has owned and operated several successful companies covering all phases of construction; including new construction, design-build remodeling, kitchen & bath, and maintenance.

Joe studied architectural design and construction management at NYU and has a bachelors’ degree from Barry University. His expertise lays in creative problem solving, management and customer service for the residential construction industry. Working as both commercial and residential contractor, Joe has actually ran businesses in all four corners of the United States--in New York, Alaska, Hawaii, and Florida. In addition, he created and operated one of the first independent building inspection companies in the south Florida, evaluating over 3500 commercial and residential buildings.
